...have a Vogue breakfast?
El día de mi cumpleaños mis amigos me prepararon una cena sorpresa en casa y cuando llegué, entre otras cosas, me encontré con que a la mesa le habían hecho un precioso mantel Vogueriano. Me gustó tanto como les quedó que desde entonces no lo he tocado y lo único que pienso hacer es actualizarlo con las revistas de temporada. Si quereis uno parecido es bien fácil.
On my birthday my friends prepared a surprise dinner for me and I came home to find they had made (among other things) a beautiful Voguish table cloth. It lookked so good I haven't touched it since then but I'm planning to update it with the spring/summer season magazines. Want to try it? It's easy.
Primero selecciona las fotos que quieres poner, las recorta y pones sobre la mesa haciendo el collage que prefieras. NO hace falta pegarlas, esa es la gracia, que no te destroza la mesa para siempre. Deja algunos huecos sin foto para que luego el plástico agarre mejor en esas zonas.

Después compras plástico transparente, según tamaño de tu mesa y lo pones encima con cuidado de no mover las fotos. En cualquier ferretería de barrio normal y corriente lo tienen a unos 2,5€/metro. Cuando esté todo colocado como quieras pones cosas que pesen encima y vas sacando el aire hacia los laterales de la mesa. Lo dejas una noche y al día siguiente verás que ya se ha quedado pegado. Y lo mejor es que cuanto más lo usas más se pega el plástico a la mesa y no se mueve nada.
Then buy transparent plastic and put it on top of the pictures taking care they don't move. I bought the plastic in a hardware store, no idea where you can find it outside Spain. Once everything is in its place, put heavy things on the corners and start pushing the air towards the outside. Leave it just like that for a night and next morning you'll see nothing has moved. Even better, the more you used the table the more the plastic will stick and prevent pictures from moving.

Por supuesto se limpia sin problemas porque es plástico y va con toda la vajilla. Mira, mira, las chicas de Sonia Rykiel como se rien porque se te ha quemado la tortilla...
It is of course easy to clean since it's plastic and it goes with all your dinner sets! Hey, look at the Sonia Rykiel girls laughing at your burnt scrambled eggs...
