1. How do I make an online purchase at La Condesa?
Enter La Condesa’s website and click on the ‘SHOP’ section.
Choose and click on the piece of clothing of your choice to find out more details about it. Choose your size: you can consult the size guide to ensure you do not make a mistake. When you are sure, click on BUY.
A new page will automatically open with a summary of your order. Here, you can leave us any relevant comments about your order. You can tell us if it is a gift and the name of the lucky person that will receive the item to include on a gift card. Once you confirm that everything is correct, click on PAY.
On the next page, we ask you for all of the information and personal details that we need to deliver your item.
Once you have filled in all fields, click on NEXT
Enter the requested information to make the payment and complete your purchase.
Within a few hours, you will receive an email confirming your order. If we do not have the item in stock and need to make it for you, we will contact you to let you know the approximate delivery time.
2. How can I use my discount code?
If you have been lucky enough to receive a discount code to use on La Condesa’s website, you can use it when you place your order by entering the key word of your code on the checkout screen. The percentage of your code will automatically be deducted from your purchase total.
3. How long do the jackets take to arrive?
Between 2 - 5 days from the time we confirm your order until you receive it at your home.
On some occasions, our garments may be out of stock, due to the high demand of our clothing and the fact that we work with an exclusive product with small manufacturers. In this case, you can leave a note so that we can let you know when this item comes back in stock.
If you simply cannot wait, or you are desperate for a certain piece of clothing, let us know at email@example.com; she is used to working magic, put her to the test.
If you want to check the status of your order or you are in a hurry due to a birthday, anniversary, specific dates etc., let us know by sending an email and we will try to work magic. firstname.lastname@example.org
In order to find your exact size, you should measure your chest, waist and hips, and compare them with the measurements we use in our designs.

5. In which shops can I find La Condesa jackets?
La Condesa works with multi-brand shops all over Spain.

6. What are the online payment methods?
Payments can be made on our website with a credit card or by opening an account in PayPal. PayPal is a very reliable and safe payment system through which we will never receive your bank or credit card details.
However, if you prefer, we can provide you with an account number where you can make your payment or bank transfer. To receive our account number and find out about the process, please send us an email to email@example.com
Yes, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order details and the details you would like on the invoice. We will send it to you by email.
8. Can I change the delivery address once the order has been placed?
Yes, La Condesa is very flexible and kind. Once you receive email confirmation of your order, you will be able to make changes to the address via that email address with the details of your order.
La Condesa’s priority is to give a personal and friendly service, even when buying on our website when you do not see anyone; we are always willing to answer your queries or concerns as soon as possible via email.
9. Can I track my order?
At El Condado of La Condesa, we understand the pressing need to know the whereabouts of your precious garments, and to calm your nerves, the Housekeeper at La Condesa will be available to provide you with all the details of your orders. You can write compulsively to the email address email@example.com
If you do not want to receive this information, please write to firstname.lastname@example.org to be taken off the database. Do not worry, the Housekeeper is not capable of seeking revenge.
11. How can I find out when there is a sale on?
The Historic Collection is, as its name indicates, timeless and permanent, which is why you will never see the jackets from this collection with discounts. Their price remains the same throughout the year.
Concerning the seasonal collections, the sales are based on the availability of the garments, often not very high, which means that we may get to the sales season and not have any garments left, and in this case, there would not be any discounts.
